1. Submit the admission request
2. If no beds are free, you are placed on the waiting list
3. We call you, depending on the diagnosis, according to the admission criteria
4. Admission, with the required documents
Required documents
- Referral from the family doctor or a specialist
- Copies of the latest medical documents
- Copy of the pension slip
- Health insurance card
- Identity card
- Admission request completed by the patient or family member
Need help? Elderly people, people with disabilities and those who do not use the internet are helped by our staff to complete the request, by phone or on paper at the Centre.
Online request: the online admission form is in Romanian. If you prefer, call us and we will complete it together with you.
